Registrations are available for both on-site attendance and virtual viewing. Please note that the RACS ASC 2026 will be live streamed.

Full / Surgeon Registration Category

Includes access to Convocation and Syme Oration, ceremony reception, scientific program, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas served in the industry exhibition. Delegates may also participate in workshops, masterclasses, breakfast sessions and dinners at the advertised cost. Delegates will also have full access to the on-demand Congress platform which includes access to presentation content for 12 months post-Congress. This registration type applies to all delegates except those listed below.

New Fellow Registration Category

RACS Fellows may convocate at the convocation ceremony on Thursday 30 April 2026 commencing at 5:00pm at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Convocating Fellows receive complimentary registration at the RACS ASC 2026. If you have received your Fellowship within the last 5 years, and have not previously convocated, you may do so in Perth. Please select the ‘New Fellow Registration’ category when completing your registration online. Once your registration is received further information will be sent to you regarding the ceremony. 

Retired Surgeon Registration Category (reduced fee)

Includes all benefits outlined in the full / surgeon registration category above. This category only applies to delegates who have received confirmation from RACS that their Fellowship status has been changed from ‘active’ to ‘retired’ or to those ‘retired’ Fellows who are receiving a reduced subscription fee.

Other Health Professional Category (reduced fee)

Includes all benefits outlined in the full / surgeon registration category.

Medical Student Category (reduced fee)

Includes all benefits outlined in the full / surgeon registration category.

Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC) Category (reduced fee)
Includes all benefits outlined in the full / surgeon registration category. This category applies to those from low- and middle-income countries as defined by the World Bank. Accompanying Person Category

For non-medical accompanying persons only. Includes access to Convocation and Syme Oration, ceremony reception, scientific sessions, named lectures, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas served in the industry exhibition. Accompanying persons may also participate in the dinners at the advertised cost.

Virtual Registration Category

Delegates will have live streaming access to all sessions at the RACS ASC 2026. This category also provides on-demand access including presentation content for 12 months post-Congress. Content will be available to re-watch online approximately 24 – 48 hours after the time of presentation. On-demand content upload is subject to presenter approval.

Industry Representatives Registration

Includes entry to the industry exhibition, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas (on registered days). Industry representatives are welcome to attend scientific sessions if seating is available but are requested not to actively participate. Please note, access to section dinners, workshops, masterclasses, breakfast sessions and the Congress dinner is strictly limited to representatives of companies who are specifically sponsoring these activities. Please note, registration excludes all ticketed activities. Industry representatives must register on the sponsorship / exhibition registration form in the sponsorship prospectus. Limited registrations are also available for non-exhibiting sponsor representatives.
