Shen Xiaofang is recognised as a young talent in Jiangsu Province and is a third-tier candidate in the Jiangsu Province “333 High-level Talent Training Project.” She is also part of the Gusu talent program. In 2019, she visited the Hand Surgery Center at TSRHC in the United States. Additionally, she serves as a peer reviewer for the Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery and the Chinese Journal of Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Shen emphasizes both functional and aesthetic restoration in hand deformities and is highly regarded by parents for her postoperative rehabilitation guidance.
